We visit, measure and ask a lot of questions. If the budget and the brief do not line up, that is the moment to find out, not halfway through the build.

Nobody benefits from a low quote that turns into a series of variations. We would rather lose the job at the quote stage than fall out with you at month four.

Quotes are broken down by trade and by stage so you can see what you are paying for. Provisional sums are labelled as provisional sums, and where a figure is an allowance we say so.

Changes are priced and agreed in writing before the work happens. There are no surprises at the end because there is nothing left to surprise you with.

One site manager, one point of contact, and a weekly update with photographs and a look ahead at the following week. Sites are left clean, protected and secure at the end of every day.

Where neighbours are affected we speak to them ourselves at the start. It costs an hour and it prevents most of the problems that come up during a build.

We work through a proper snag list before we ask for final payment, not after. You get the certificates, warranties, manuals and as built information in one pack.

Then we answer the phone. Most of our work comes from people we have already built for, which only happens if you are still helpful twelve months later.
